Return Policy

Flags Unlimited Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flags Unlimited. We take pride in providing high-quality flags, flagpoles, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your request must be initiated no later than 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must accompany the return.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized flags.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or flown outdoors.
  • Items damaged due to weather, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
  • Fabric items that are flown during any storm: wind, rain, thunder/lighting, tornado, hurricane, tropical storm. 

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@flags-unlimited.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Securely package the item and include a copy of your proof of purchase along with the RMA number.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item, a shipping error, or damage caused by Flags Unlimited. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  • If your return is rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
